Added to the Title Resources. Added the Returns Publications by Specified Title Attribute resource. Returns Publications by Specified Title Attribute allows you to search for publications and returns a list of publications.

Added to the Title Resources. Added the following resources: Retrieve Singular Title Details for a Customer and Get ILS Data by VendorId, PackageId (List Id) and TitleId resources. Retrieve Singular Title Details for a Customer allows you to search with an individual title and returns details associated with the individual title. Get ILS Data by VendorId, PackageId (List Id) and TitleId allows you to get ILS Data by VendorId, PackageID (List Id) and TitleId.
