Retrieving Dyna Conversation History by ID GET
The Dyna API GET /v1/content/search/rag/conversations/{id} endpoint allows you to retrieve a single past Dyna AI conversation for a user. Since this endpoint returns information specific to a user’s account, an ID token is required.
The following information is the minimum required to execute a request for this endpoint:
Headers
- Authorization: a personalized access token
- x-eis-id-token: an ID token
Conversation ID
- conversationId: The ID of the conversation to return. The ID will have the following format: YYYY-MM-DD-GUID
Basic Conversation Retrieval Example
To retrieve a conversation for a user, use the headers required above and submit a request similar to the URL below after substituting a valid conversation ID into the URL in place of YYYY-MM-DD-GUID.
Additionally, be sure to specify media parameters that should match the media parameters used on the Dyna search:
- imageSize – small (thumbnail), medium, large, or full
- convertSvg - Returns images and algorithms that are originally in svg format as png format.
Please see the Dyna query documentation for more details.
