This operation retrieves the title relationships for a given title identified via kbid. Currently, it returns the first degree parents, spouse, siblings, and children of the given title. Parameters include the kbid of the desired title and the string version of the customer id. The output is an array of related title objects and a count of the total related titles in the array. The related title objects include both the source and target kbid, the date the relationship was established, the type of relationship, and the identifier of the relationship.
