Changed the parameter contenttype from an integer to a string for the Get List of Packages for a Vendor and Get a List of Packages resources.
Changed the parameter searchfield from an integer to a string for the Get List of Titles that are Part of a Package and Get a List of Title Regardless of Package resources.

Added the elements vendorID and ftfTokens to the response for the Get Labels and Root Proxy resource. vendorID represents the Vendor ID in string form. ftfTokens represents the customer token. The ftfTokens object contains a key, a resource per link source flag, a target id and the token.
