Added the packagefreeaccess parameter to the Get Publications by Specified Title Attribute resource. packagefreeaccess can be set to true, false or all to limit the results based on package free access.

Added the response element displayName to the Retrieve Singular Title Details for a Customer, Get Publication by Title ID, Get Publications by Specified Title Attribute and Get Publications by Specified Title Attribute resources. Added the V1 Get Packages by Package Name resource to the Package Resources. The V1 Get Packages by Package Name resource allows you to search for packages and returns a list of packages from EPKB.
